This is the large rubber boot for the top of the gearshift. Attaches with 4 bolts. Replace your old, split one with this new one, if you change the turret oil and the lower gearshift boot at the same time, you will often find a marked improvement in the ease of gearchanging, also there will be less transmission noise intruding into the car.
